Take part in this high-energy fitness class that combines drumming with cardio for a full-body workout! Using drumsticks and an exercise ball, participants will tap, drum, and move to the beat in a fun, stress-relieving session. This class will help improve coordination , strength and endurance while keeping the energy high!
