Requests to reserve the Central Islip Public Library Community Room are limited to only local organizations.
Requests must be made at least 7 days in advance of the Trustee's meeting, typically held the last Tuesday of each month and can only be made within 60 days of event.
Any requests submitted earlier may be rejected.

Once your request has been successfully submitted for board approval, you will be asked to complete a Community Room Liability Agreement.
