Join instructor Alana Bergen for an energizing low-impact class that is designed to strengthen, tone and balance the entire body utilizing traditional barre movements without the barre. Barre classes include sculpting & toning exercises with an emphasis on the core, arms, glutes and thighs. Please bring a yoga mat to class. Pending Contract
