Beginning December 1, 2023, the Livebrary Downloads service will no longer grant access to patrons:

• With an expired card
• Patrons who owe $100 or more on their library card account

Patrons will be able to remedy this situation by reaching out to our Patron Services Department and either renewing or resolving the issue regarding money owed.
