Meet other knitters and crocheters while working on your own projects. We will have an instructor available to answer questions.
Attendees will benefit from this ancient art form. Tai Chi movements promote muscle strength, flexibility, and a relaxed mind, body and spirit.
Human bodies are weird, wonderful places that can also be pretty gross. Learn about the ways your body uses yucky substances, sounds and smells to keep you healthy and safe. You will also make some sticky mucus to take home.
All programs are for Central Islip Library cardholders only. There is a limited amount of spots available in each program. If a program fills, you will be placed on a waitlist for the event. If an available spot opens, you will be contacted and placed on the active program list.
Please be on time for programs. If you are not present by the start of the program, your place in the program is not guaranteed.
