Program Description
Event Details
Step back in time with an offsite visit to Sagtikos Manor. Attendees will enjoy a 2-hour guided walking tour, exploring 42 different rooms while learning about the manor’s history and the lives of those who lived and worked there.
The cost of the trip is $15.00 per person, payable at the Circulation Desk via cash or credit card. Tickets will be available starting May 25, 2025. Patrons will meet as a group at the manor but must provide their own transportation.
A Central Islip Public Library staff member will be on site at the manor the day of the trip to distribute tickets.
Please note that this tour involves a significant amount of walking and multiple staircases, so comfortable footwear is recommended.
After the guided tour, patrons are encouraged to explore the manor grounds on their own.
