In this class, Brian Collins will teach you how to prepare tender pork ribs and flavorful Korean Flanken (Kalbi) along with delicious sides. You'll also learn the art of making collard greens and kimchi—bringing together the rich flavors of Southern BBQ and the foundational tastes of Korean cuisine, like pickled cabbage.
