Catholic Health Bus

Catholic Health's Community Outreach Mobile Clinical Unit provides free health screenings and a brief cardiac history for those 18 and older—including blood pressure, cholesterol and glucose—as well as patient education and referrals as needed.  No registration is necessary. Insurance is not required and there are no fees.
